The Timewalk Attraction is an award-winning story of Weymouth’s maritime past over 6 centuries as seen through the eyes of Ms Paws, the brewers cat, and her 8 feline ancestors. The journey takes you back in time to the 14th century and recreates the sights, sounds and smells of 600 years of history and can be told in English, French and German.
Weymouth Museum brings this fascinating history to life with tableaux, artefacts and paintings. It also stages annual exhibitions and talks on a wide range of local topics.
Discovery is an interactive science centre with 2,000 square feet of “hands on” exhibits to delight and amaze. Watch your friends change size before your eyes, operate the intelligent robotic arm, see yourself in the infinity room – there are literally dozens of experiences to enjoy.
